Manufacturing Capability

China Manufacturing Base
Our China facility is equipped with six production lines, covering both large-scale solar actuators, dampers, and mini electric linear actuators.
For solar actuators and damper products, each production line achieves a daily output of up to 1,000 units.
For mini electric linear actuators, each production line delivers a daily capacity of 1,200–1,500 units, ensuring flexibility for diversified applications and customized orders.
To enhance production efficiency and consistency, we have introduced a range of semi-automated equipment, significantly improving productivity while maintaining strict quality standards.
In addition, our production lines are equipped with dedicated testing and inspection systems, including no-load testing machines and load testing platforms, ensuring that every product is thoroughly verified before delivery.
Vietnam Manufacturing Base
Our Vietnam factory is equipped with two production lines, with a maximum daily production capacity of up to 1,000 units. The facility is designed to support global supply chain strategies, providing flexibility in capacity allocation and faster response to international market demands.

Through continuous investment in equipment, process optimization, and workforce development, we are committed to delivering high-quality products with stable performance and scalable production capacity.
Since its establishment, Tomuu has placed strong emphasis on research and development by setting up a dedicated R&D department at an early stage. In 2021, based on the original R&D structure, the company further optimized its organizational system and established an Engineering Center to enhance innovation and technical capabilities.
Our laboratory provides excellent conditions for research, development, and testing. It covers an area of over 300 square meters, supported by an additional 500-square-meter testing facility. Equipped with advanced product design software and a wide range of sophisticated R&D equipment, the company is capable of carrying out comprehensive testing and validation.
In 2025, we further increased our investment in R&D equipment, building a more advanced and fully equipped laboratory. This enables us to independently complete a full range of performance and reliability tests for electric linear actuators and dampers.
By the end of 2025, the original value of our R&D equipment reached RMB 6.34 million. Our key R&D and testing equipment includes: full-stroke computerized testing machines, finite element analysis (FEA) simulation servers for mechanical design, gear comprehensive testing instruments, fully automatic vision measuring systems, universal tensile testing machines, xenon lamp aging test chambers, ZW3D design software, vertical actuator load testing machines, automatic ultrasonic cleaning machines, and other advanced testing systems.
